IMG_1713This is a Victory Outdoors twist on the CanCooker Fan Favorite. We have this meal at least once on every one of our hunting trips.

5 lbs red potatoes, quartered
2 lbs baby carrots
4 bell papers, quartered
2 small zucchini
1 onion, quartered
3 lbs (3 rings) of polska kielbasa
3lb Jumbo Shrimp Shell On – lightly dusted with CanCooker Cajun Seasoning.
12 oz can of beer

IMG_1719Spray inside of the CanCooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place potatoes, carrots, papers, zucchini and onion in the CanCooker. Place kielbasa on top of vegetables. Add can of beer (or 12 oz. water) and a healthy portion of CanCooker All Purpose Seasoning.

Latch the lid and place on medium heat.
 Once the CanCooker begins to vent steam, cook 50 minutes.
 Remove from heat, add shrimp place back on heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 10 minutes. Open lid carefully.
 Serve in a large tray and enjoy!
